“Within an hour, I’ve released about 10 years, if not more, of trauma.”
Monika is a business owner, who has suppressed her emotions for as long as she can remember. After losing her husband to cancer in 2023, she struggled to release the pain from her body. It was while at a wellness retreat in Portugal in July 2024, she decided to participate in Shakti Breathe. It had an enormously positive impact on her. She cried for the first time in years. But she didn’t just cry, she cried all night and released years of blocked trauma. We’ve kept in touch. She wrote “Thank you! You have changed my life!”
“It felt like my lungs were saying ‘Thank you!’”
The One And Only Chesney Hawkes, and his wife, Krissy, experienced a personal Shakti Breathe session.
“I don’t know what I expected, but it wasn’t that!"
Nikita is an NHS Nurse. This wasn’t just her first time experiencing Shakti Breathe, it was her first time participating in any kind of breath work. Prior to the session, she’d stated that this was so far removed from everything she’d been trained in, and although it felt a little conflicting, she was intrigued to find out what all of the fuss was about.
“It’s definitely helped my mental health.”
